  • Cylinders and header tanks

Not included:
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes to the boiler or system
  • Smart controls
  • Concealed pipework
  • Faults caused by a third party
  • Power flushing

  • Repairs to mains electrical system and wiring in your home
  • Replacements of standard electrical fittings and fixtures in your home

Not included:
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it causes to the boiler or system
  • Showers, sanitary ware, mechanical items and sealant
  • Smart controls
  • Shared drains
  • Faults caused by third party
  • Electrical appliances, cooker hoods or extractor fans over 15cm diameter.
