Landlord Services

We have a history of providing gas and electrical safety services for many housing associations, and are now happy to provide that same service to private landlords. We can carry out gas safety inspections and services, electrical wiring checks, and provide the accompanying certification. The range of plumbing and guttering care that is available to our other customers is also available, and discounts are offered for multiple properties registered under our scheme.

We understand that as a landlord, it is not always easy to organise repair works to your property which fit in with your schedule and budget. Not only are all of our plans payable by monthly direct debit, but once you have set up a contract your tenants can contact us directly and we will arrange a visit to assess and repair as necessary, meaning that maintaining your property is stress-free.
