For your peace of mind, join our Best Options Service Plan that provides you with a level of service equal to large providers like British Gas, but from a local company. We aim to be with you within 4 hours of an emergency call out and currently provide breakdown cover to over 5000 homes locally.

Our aim is to deliver a competitive service that provides peace of mind with an annual boiler service which includes a general check of your heating and hot water system, in addition to a 24-hour manned telephone line on which you can report any breakdowns of or problems with your central heating system.

If your boiler breaks down, we will endeavour to be with you within four working hours. If we cannot fix the fault on that visit and you have no other heat source, we will strive to provide you with temporary heating. Should you change address, your cover plan is able to move with you as long as you remain within the service area and update us with your new contact details.

Prices start from £17 per month* for this fully inclusive service, and in addition to the breakdown cover and annual service as detailed above, there are no limits to the number of call outs in any 12 month period. Parts and labour are included – there is no age limit to your system under our scheme. If we can locate parts, we can and will service your heating system. Our only exclusion is the replacement of a complete boiler if it is beyond economical repair and is over eight years old. We are happy to quote for a replacement boiler if and when it becomes necessary, but you are under no obligation to accept our quote.

Covered under the policy are repairs on the boiler, controls, pumps, thermostats, accessible pipework, radiators, valves, standard hot water cylinders, and expansion tanks, but are unfortunately unable to offer any cover for specialist control/energy management systems, inaccessible pipework/flues, or any items that are decorative only.

Alternatively – if you are not on the scheme, and have a breakdown, we can attend the breakdown if the first year is paid in full (£204.00) prior to attending the call (you are still entitled to a service and further breakdown cover).

 

*Monthly direct debit price based on standard domestic installation - larger installations or semi-commercial may be quoted separately. Monthly payment covers costs of servicing and breakdown repair. Includes renewal of boiler itself ( see terms and conditions ), hot water cylinder and other ancillary items. Subject to initial acceptance of system on 1st inspection.
