Booker & Best have 25 years of experience in the construction industry and we carry out a wide range of building, electrical, mechanical, heating, gas, plumbing and external works for varied clients.
We aim to provide a good quality, cost effective and efficient service to meet all of our clients needs. Taking customer care seriously has resulted in a steadily growing client base, for some of whom we have been providing services for many years.
Our maintenance Division has considerable expertise and experience gained from providing cyclical, planned maintenance, void property works and responsive repair services for many Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
We currently provide maintenance services for over 20,000 homes throughout Sussex and Kent through our St Leonards (near Hastings) and Ashford offices, we have carried out around 58,000 maintenance orders in the last year. This equates to one order being received and completed nearly every two minutes.
