Our maintenance Division has considerable expertise and experience gained from providing cyclical, planned maintenance, void property works and responsive repair services for many Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

We currently provide maintenance services for over 20,000 homes throughout Sussex and Kent and have carried out around 58,000 maintenance orders in the last year. This equates to one order being received and completed nearly every two minutes.
